Experiment: W H Knights Parsnips
To extend the storage life of parsnips using Long
Life Solutions crate liners.
Parsnips - were transferred into Long Life Solutions
bags on arrival at W H
Knights. Note: This is why the experiment refers
to enhancing storage life,
the vegetable on arrival is of indeterminate age.
Thirty boxes of parsnips were transferred into
Long Life Solutions bags and
compared periodically against a control sample
of vegetables from the same
consignment.

as the day they were packed. The trial was continued
for another 25 days. After 54 days, the parsnips
were still in good condition & well within the
parameters laid down by our supermarket customers.
