He employs over 60 people and has 2 pack houses in Egypt. He informed the Conference Delegates that when using smartbags for spring onion last month, the supermarket, Wm Morrisons, thought his produce in our smartbags which were shipped by sea taking 16 days was of higher quality than the onions air freighted without our bags that arrived the same day !
  • Summary of Conference: The show was considered a great success by all of our growing number of International representatives. Such meetings around the one table enabled the necessary guidance and support to be given in making LLS a Global success. There was lively and constructive debate amongst the delegates as to how they intend driving the technology forward in their various markets and making "SMART" a Global brand. David Wilkinson, our new Sales Director, was able to talk about his vision for LLS 2004, where the markets are going, what the Global retailers are wanting and where LLS need to be to maximise the many opportunities that exist.
